Therapy is a space to come home to yourself — to rediscover clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of flow in life.
Holistic coaching & Psychotherapy
A grounded space for reflection, healing, and growth
Psychotherapy offers a space to explore your inner world — your emotions, relationships, desires, and the deeper layers of your experience.
It’s a place to slow down, make sense of what feels difficult or confusing, and rediscover the strength and clarity that come from understanding yourself more fully.
My approach is integrative and embodied, combining traditional Transpersonal Psychotherapy with somatic awareness, mindfulness, and breathwork. This allows us to work not only with thoughts and emotions, but also with the subtle signals of the body — the places where experience and memory often live.
How I Work
Every person’s process is unique. In our work together, we focus on what is most alive and relevant for you right now — whether that’s anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, sexuality, or a sense of disconnection from yourself.
Rather than trying to “fix” symptoms, psychotherapy supports you to understand their meaning and origins, and to bring awareness, compassion, and presence to your inner life.
Through this understanding, change emerges naturally — not as a concept, but as a lived experience.
My intention is to offer a safe, attuned, and collaborative space where you can explore at your own pace, free from judgment or pressure.
My Training and working Methods
I am a BACP registered, Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist offering a diverse set of experiences that inform my unique approach to healing and wellness. Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, such as Transpersonal, Somatic therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Person-Centered, I aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of the human experience.
My background includes completing a four-year postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Centre of Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London, as well as a 1-year course in Fundamentals of Counselling and Psychotherapy at CCPE. During this transformative training, I have discovered the profound power of breathwork, dream work, movement therapy, and mindfulness. Since then, I have had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, helping them deepen their connection with themselves.
To further enhance my holistic perspective, I completed Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand in 2018. This training allowed me to integrate mind-body-soul balance into both my personal and professional life.
As a passionate psychotherapist, my aim and quest lie in empowering individuals to transform their lives and heal past wounds. I am dedicated to guiding my clients towards discovering their authentic selves and connecting with their life purpose. Breaking unhealthy patterns is vital in this journey to foster growth, joy, and a sense of meaning.
Moreover, my keen interest lies in working with women, particularly in areas of personal development, sexuality, and empowerment. I bring expertise and experience to these areas, recognizing the significance of addressing them for women's growth and overall wellbeing. With my unique approach, I am dedicated to helping individuals embark on an empowering journey of personal growth and authentic self-discovery.
Let’s begin right now
Take a pause, sit quietly and ask yourself:
What makes me happy and fulfilled?
What are my unique qualities?
How do I want to live my life?
Am I happy in my relationships?
Am I happy with my sexual life?
How can I be more present?
What brings me joy?
How can I be more aware of my thoughts, emotions and body?
What stops me from living a happy life?
